Flickr Spotlight - Remy Fauxtog aka Jeremy

Millions of people around the world post photos on Flickr. Finding quality photography with the requirement of high resolution to post on this site, cuts out most of them. So today I found great photography by Remy Fauxtog [aka Jeremy] on Flickr. Jeremy resides in Alabama, and uses a Sony Alpha DSLR [a200].
What caught my eye with Jeremy’s Flickr collection of photos was his work with waterfalls and HDR.

In the photograph above, which is one of my favorites of his work, you’re quickly mesmerized by the beautiful flow of the water, but there is also lots of color in the rocks that help give it more life. I really had to share that one.

Remy has a small collection of HDRs, since he’s in the process of learning to do them. From the photo above, I think he’s well above the “learning curve”. If he was getting graded on this photo, I’d have to give him an A and some extra credit for it.
